Important Information
Free Installation promotion:
- is for a limited time.
- applies only to the installation of the Satellite Dish and High Speed Modem
- does not include the technician configuring your router and network for multiple computers
- is available only within areas where we have local installation technicians
Early Cancelation Policy:
- if you have no contract you must cancel 5 days prior to the end of the month, otherwise you will be responsible for the following months service charges.
- if you have a 15 or 24 month contract, you must return your rental equipment. Failure to return the equipment within 30 days will result in $199.00 charge to your account for the equipment cost. You are also responsible for 50% of the remaining service months of your contract, to a maximum of $200.00.
